Audiopimp (real name Richard) cut his teeth in the pubs & clubs around Derby & has honed his sound by years of rocking dance floors learning how music affects people & what sounds get into peoples heads.
Having an understanding of how dance music works through being in the booth looking from the inside out, it’s this that makes him a rarity among many breed of DJ’s these days.
After a string of successful nights playing at nights such as 'Perfect Motion' 'Saddlers' 'Vines' Progress' 'Boom' 'Stealth' 'Tantra' 'Renaissance Nottingham' & 'Miss Moneypennys' he had a stint working in Ibiza at 'Cafe Mambo' 'Cafe Del Mar' 'Sun Sea Bar' & 'Savannah' where the love of island music was born in him.
After a hiatus of 15 years with a young family, he is now back making music & sharing his sounds with the world through on-line.
